A new map of Canada released on social media showing Khalistan Nation in it

In a shocking display of the so-called new Canada map roaming around in the social media microblogging site Twitter. The image was titled ‘Canada Banega Khalistan’ which means Canada will get Khalistan. The new Khalistani Canadian country borders Quebec. As per the newly released map on social media, the new Khalistani nation seems to be carved out of Ontario and Quebec. Many western experts call it a major plot going on in the country, with the rise of a banned terror outfit in India called ‘Khalistan’.

Banned in India for terrorism, But thriving in Canada:

The Khalistan movement is a Sikh separatist movement seeking to create a homeland for Sikhs by establishing a sovereign state, called Khālistān (‘Land of the Khalsa’), in the Punjab region. The proposed state would consist of land that currently forms Punjab, India, and Punjab, Pakistan.

The International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) is a proscribed organization that aims to establish an independent homeland for the Sikhs of India in Khalistan. It is banned as a terrorist organization under Australian, European Union, Japanese, Indian, Canadian, and American counter-terrorism legislation. The Government of India has declared it a terrorist organization. While banned, the organization continues to receive financial support from Sikh extremists based in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Malkiat Singh was shot but survived. In this case, Jaspal Singh Atwal was convicted for attempting to murder.
