As multiple talks fail to make a breakthrough between India and China, The Indian Army chief has sent a clear message to the Chinese aggressors. During his latest interview to Asia’s leading multimedia news agency”ANI,” The Indian Army COAS coined the situation as very serious.

Indian Army Chief Naravane is on 2 days official visit to the forward bases in the eastern Ladakh region. During his visit, while giving an interview to ANI the Indian Army COAS explained that the current situation at Indochina border is very tense and serious. He also noted that all precautionary measures have been taken place to defend against any Chinese aggression.

He also boosted the morale of the Indian troops deployed in the region by interesting with the Junior officers in Indian Army ranks and gave encouragement to these young soldiers.

Indian Army Chief expresses his confidence on these young officers and Indian troops deployed in these forward locations. He praised them for keeping very high morale and ability to overcome any challenges faced at the line of actual control (LAC).

While asked about the current situation in the border areas the Indian Army COAS mentioned that the situation is still delicate and serious. And the Indian Army believes that the situation in the border region will remain the same for sometimes. All the necessary steps have been taken that will help us.

India and China are entangled in a 3 months long standoff which began with the Chinese intrusion into the Indian territory of eastern Ladakh. While the Indian troops responded quickly and stopped the Chinese from moving further. And deployed heavy troops in a mirror deployment from April and May respectively.

But then things escalated into hand to hand scuffle at Galwan Valley in which 42 Chinese PLA soldiers killed while 20 Indian soldiers very martyred. Several rounds of talks we’re called for to diffuse the escalating situation.

But while engaged in talks with India the Chinese side tried yet another fresh intrusion in the southern bank of the Pangong Tso Lake like the did in the northern finger areas of Pangong Tso lake.

But they had an unpleasant surprise to know they were watched by the Indian side and Mass deployment of Indian soldiers has been completed.

Shocked by this move the Chinese troops have to rush back and retreat into its territory. Indian Army captured several strategic heights in the area. Now dominates several portions in the eastern Ladakh since August 29/30 night

Even today the fifth round of brigade commander level talks are taking place. The outcome may be positive. And hence Indian Army chief new statement must be a clear signal to the Chinese side. Hope the sense prevail and China must retreat back into its territory. Or will have to suffer heavy casualties.
