According to the spokesperson, the matter is under investigation and all resources will be utilized for their speedy recovery. The wife of Ali Imran Syed, a reporter for the private television channel Geo News, said in a video message on Friday night that her husband had been missing since evening.

The problem is not whether to say it or not. The point is, if there is a case against a person or a journalist, it should be brought before the courts. Forced abduction and torture are reprehensible and unconstitutional
