Russia publishes documents which show Ukraine was working on biological weapons near russian borders. Such as Anthrax and Plague and that the pentagon has instructed to destroy them. Which Russian federation says it is violating article 1 of United Nations prohibition of biological weapons.

This Procedure determines the mechanism of emergency destruction of biological pathogens used to ensure the quality management system of laboratory tests (hereinafter – biological pathogens), in the event of military emergencies.
