Conflict in favour of Ukraine, Putin in trouble?

In the last few days, the entire global media claimed a massive victory for President Zelensky. As the Ukrainian troops have recaptured massive territories in the Kharkiv region.

The US military said that Russia had largely lost territory it seized near Kharkiv and that Russian soldiers were retreating across the border.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine has retaken 6,000 square kilometers (2,300 square miles) in the east and the south since the beginning of September.

As per the recent reports the Russian troops have pulled out of these areas leaving several of its weapons abandoned. Reactions are not just in the western media but the news has concerned the Russians as well.

In response Russian Ministry of Defense Spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Sunday that the attackers’ casualties between 6-10 September exceeded 12,000, more than one-third of whom were killed.

Putin’s blunders with a military operation in Ukraine:

Whenever, the western media project Russian President Vladimir Putin, they paint him as a dark soul, monstrous, craziest dictator and a genius military strategist. And this is what many in the western countries remember of Putin. And when he launched the military operation in Ukraine, many western media blamed him for committing alleged genocide and some even blamed him of planning to bomb the nuclear facilities in Ukraine and Europe. But so far it’s quite the opposite. Russia so far has not declared a full-scale war in Ukraine.

As per our observation so far Putin’s belief is coupled with unity between Russians and the Ukrainians at the same time keeping NATO out of his doorsteps.

The Russian Federation struck multiple in this military operations. All were the military targets. The critical infrastructures like energy power plants, water resources, bridges etc were not on the target list. The Ukrainian Army backed by NATO used this constraints of President Putin and used it to their advantage. With an out war strategy against the Russian forces. Meanwhile, Russia still maintains a self-contained one-handed approach with caution.

Putin’s critics are getting vocal for going soft on Ukraine:

Without full spectrum mobilisation, the Russian forces are facing a scarcity of men and weapons. While the Ukrainians getting armed to teeth by the NATO forces and with trained military forces so called international legions. Which comprised of retired soldiers from NATO countries. Russia accuses that over 300 English-speaking well trained young soldiers were also involved in the ongoing counter-military operation by Ukraine.

The primary goal of this military operation by the Russians was to liberate the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic regions at the same time punishing Ukraine for colluding with the NATO forces against Russia.

The Russian intelligence sensed the counterstrike by the Ukrainians a few months ago. Which has prompted Kremlin to maintain the strongest posture in Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic As the result, the force levels maintained in Kharkiv were weak and thin. To avoid unnecessary casualties the forces were pulled out just before the Ukrainian counter began.

Russia Might Declare Full-Scale War:

The NATO-supported Ukrainian forces took advantage of the situation and swept in with full force and firepower. This has prompted Putin to respond severely. At the next moment, the Russian Warships and Strategic bombers launched a massive missile strikes with Kalibr on Ukraine’s power plants. Which has resulted in power outrage in 60% of the country.

More than 30 settlements, including Kramatorsk and Dnipro, suffered Russian missile and air strikes over the past day, Ukraine’s General Staff said in its regular update on Facebook Monday. Kharkiv, one of at least two power plants struck by rockets, had power restored only to lose it again later on Monday after being repeatedly shelled, Interfax-Ukraine reported, citing the city’s mayor.

President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said Russia will not settle for anything less than victory in its invasion of the neighbouring state, now in its 29th week.

This could be the starting point of actual war between the Russian Federation and NATO.
