As terror threats against France peaked, President Emmanuel Macron taking drastic steps to safeguard his nation. In one such attempt, the French government has revoked visas for 183 Pakistanis. This comes after Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan warned the people of France over Charlie Hebdo cartoon.

Calling the people of France and their President Macron Islamaphobic, Prime Minister Imran Khan warned them of consequences. But France has made its position loud and clear to Islamabad, that French administration will never bow down to the pressure from a radical country like Pakistan.

Among 183 revoked visas, the relatives of Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha, who is a former Pak Intel agency ISI’s chief. France also forcefully reported around 118 Pakistanis already. The anti-rhetoric of Pakistan’s puppet Prime Minister Imran Khan has backfired terribly.

Pakistan’s consulate in French capital Paris formally begging the French administration to at least allow the relatives of former ISI Chief, to stay temporarily on medical ground. The Pak consulate has pleaded to allow the sister of Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha to see her sick mother-in-law.
