Barrage of statements from Chinese government sources claiming Indian Troops have entered 4km into its territory.
The issue began when China unilaterally attempted to change the status quo and existing arrangements in Chushul on the southern bank of Pangong Tso Lake.
But alert Indian army troops successfully thwarted Chinese intrusion. As per the morning statements made by the Indian Army’s spokesperson, India acted proactively acted on such repeated behaviour of the People’s Liberation Army. And also stressed up that Indian Armed forces are committed to maintaining peace and tranquillity but will never compromise on national integrity. But after several hours from the time of statement made by Indian Army’s spokesperson many details have emerged. As follows.
Indian Armed Forces used ISR capability to successfully detect the Chinese movement and when they were approaching the Line of Actual Control (LAC is the border between India and China).
Alerted with peculiar and aggressive movement the Indian Army commanders along with his troops successfully occupied the areas. This area was on Chinese radar to intrude and occupy at the southern banks of the Pangong to the lake. Runs along Indian controlled Chushal and must closer to an airstrip.
And the Chinese side caught by surprise, and overwhelming Indian Army’s quick reaction later called for Brigade Commander level talks.
But now the Chinese Communist party-run media like CGTN and others has openly begun to make a statement on the issue. Which is actually a very rare case we can see this kindly openness by Chinese Media and it’s the mouthpiece. Which might point to the fact that China has lots more to worry than India’s proactive move.
CGTN in its statement mentioned that India has illegally crossed the LAC and urged India and it’s troops to withdraw from the locations.
Military experts from India also confirming our news we posted in an earlier article that Indian troops have given a befitting response to the Chinese PLA.
One thing we can confirm from these sources that Indian troops were moved in to occupy very important key features along the Line of Actual Control to further dominates the southern bank of Pangong Tso. These features overlook the Chinese positions and will play an import role in case of conflict with Chinese PLA who has intruded till Finger 4- finger 8.
This move has come at the backdrop of failed military and diplomatic talks with China to defuse the tensions.
As per some rumours and unconfirmed sources about 20-25 Chinese PLA soldiers are in captive. Since there is no official statement from either on this we can’t confirm it either.
But we don’t deny it at the same time. Things are about to escalate at LAC. India is prepared.
