As per The Print sources, India will develop the land variant of BrahMos with a 1400km range. later with modification Indian Navy and Indian Airforce will receive them in large numbers. A hypersonic version of the missile is also under development. Hypersonic BrahMos can travel 5 times the speed of sound and reach the 800 km range with pinpoint accuracy.
