India to get hypersonic artillery shells with 120KM range

Panic once again strikes at the heart of Pakistan and China, as India swings in with yet another surprise. India to have its own “EXTREMELY” long range artillery shells. Which can be used to destroy the enemy position much deeper with artillery guns. Soon India will have indigenous rocket assisted hypersonic artillery ammunition from Kalyani Group. This new shells will have range of 120 km! As per Sansad TV (Indian News Media).

India under the leadership of  Prime Minister Narendra Modi, country is on the path to become a major military equipment manufacturer.

As per the latest media reports, India's export of arms and defence technologies touched a record Rs 13,000 crore in the financial year 2021-22. 75% of the weapons exported was by Private companies while rest of the export was by the government PSU.

The current Indian government has revolutionized the Indian defence sectors with  “Atmanirbhar Bharat”. Encouraging the private sector companies to take part in India’s rise as a super power.

Extreme Range:

The concept is already in use with the American military units. The shell is fitted with a Ramjet Engine which provides the extra force to propel the shell to much greater range at high speed.

The most ambitious Indian project is probably a Ramjet-powered, guided artillery shell with a range of up to 120km. In practice, this is a mix of a missile and an artillery shell. We are talking about a range that is five to eight times greater than conventional artillery. With the guidance system, we believe we can consistently hit an area as small as the center of a football field.

Making is undefendable rain of hell for the enemies. In another advantageous aspect is its speed which makes it harder to be picked up by the weapon locating radars.

Artillery guns are still been used in the mordern warfare to suppress the enemy positions and fortifications.
