Indian Army has responded to the recent Chinese intrusion incident in Sikkim Sector. In which 20 or more Chinese PLA soldiers were trashed by the Indian Soldiers as per media reports.
Responding to the query the Indian Army Statement said :
We have received several queries regarding a face-off between Indian Army and PLA troops in Sikkim sector. It is clarified that there was a minor face off at Nakula area of North Sikkim on 20 January 2021 and the same was resolved by local commanders as per established protocols.
Indian Army statement also requested Indian Media not to add more fuel to the fire. Indian Army statement said, “Media is requested to refrain from overplaying or exaggerating reports which are factually incorrect.”

Earlier, India Today reported about the Chinese intrusion into the Indian Territory. Which was promptly responded by the Indian troops. Which resulted in the critical injuries of 20 Chinese PLA soldiers. About 3-4 Indian soldiers were slightly injured the report said.
