Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman condemned the attacks in Panjshir on Sunday. Iran in a strongly worded statement said that reports on foreign intervention and Pakistan’s cooperation in the war should be investigated.
Taliban forces were defeated by the Panjshir Resistance Force commanded by the care taker President Amrullah Saleh and headed by the Ahmed Massoud. Scores of Taliban fighters were killed by the NRF.
Pakistan invasion of Afghanistan
Pakistan special forces with clear Sat geo maps and knowledge of the region of Panjishir were involved in the combat. The Targets in the Panjshir Valley (NRF Leaders) has been hit by the Pakistan Air Force Ace pilot with attack helicopters and armed drones imported from China. Afghanistan Journalists also confirmed that the Pakistani pilots started dropping bomb in Panjshir using their small fighters jets which the US donated to Afghanistan’s Air Force.
This Pakistani air raid several key leaders of the Resistance forces were killed. Including the official spokesman of the NRF.Four key members of the local militia have been killed in fighting in Panjshir Resistance were:
1 – General Abdul Wadood Zara
2 – Fahim Dashti
3 – Commander Gul Haider Khan
4 – Muneeb Amiri.
Before the air raid by Pakistan Army, The Taliban said to gave suffered heavy casualities even with their high end US weapons systems. Panjshir Valley Resistance killed Maulvi Fassihuddin, a prominent Taliban commander,along with his 13 bodyguards. This is considered as a huge blow to the morale of Taliban. As many started to surrender to the Northern Alliance. Because, Fasihuddin Hafizullah, known as Qari Fasihuddin, a Tajik Taliban commander from Badkashan. Who was named the commander of the Taliban forces to capture Panjshir Valley.

Resistance forces say positions have not been over run completely by the Taliban and Pakistanis. All the fighters of the NRF has taken positions at the mountain top. And promises to avenge Taliban and Pakistan. And war will not be over untill bothe enemies of Afghanistan are defeated.
Now what it looks like, the Panjshir Resistance will be getting military support from Iran. Which controls the world’s largest Mujahideen Proxy army from Yemen to Iraq. Only time will tell how the NRF will avenge Pakistan’s interference into Afghanistan.
