Russia’s Ambassador to Iran Levan Dzhagaryan told Fars News Agency earlier, “We have provided Iran with the S-300. Russia does not have any problem to deliver the S-400 to Iran, and it did not have any problem before, either”
Ruslan Pukhov says that Iran is likely looking to purchase combat aircraft, military transport aircraft, and air defense systems. He estimates that Russia could sign contracts and deliver $5 billion worth of arms to Iran over the next 5 years.
