Russia’s warning came regarding the transfer of foreign mercenaries to Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.
Russian Offical statement said : According to the information received, militants illegally armed are being transferred to Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.
This was done to use them directly in hostilities. Particular these militants came from Syria, Libya.
We are deeply concerned about these processes, which lead to an even greater escalation of tension in the conflict zone.
But also create long-term threats to the security of all countries in the region.
We call on the leaderships of the states concerned to take effective measures to prevent the use of foreign terrorists and mercenaries in the conflict and to immediately withdraw them from the region.
