Exposed : Debunking the Lies of China at LAC

As the India-China border dispute continues, there ane many speculations and fake news, which are hovering on social media. One of these was a report by ‘THE HINDU’ which claims that the Indian intelligence agencies have submitted a report that 1000 Sq. Km of the area along the LAC is now under Chinese control. About 20 sq. km in Galwan, 65 sq. Km in Pangong Tso, 12 km in Hot springs and 20 sq. Km in chushul is also occupied by China.

• Not a single credible proof was attached which can testify their claims. So below are some counters to their claims:

1) No one knows how they came up with a figure of 1000sq. Kms , when the areas that they claim , adds up to just 117 sq. Kms. What about the other 883 sq. km?

If they claim that the remaining loss occured in Depsang then it suggests that the entire sub sector north which includes the mountain brigade , army brigade and 15000 troops under chinese control. So what happened to them??

2) According to their claims 20sq. Kms of area is lost in Galwan which suggests that the DSDBO road is under chinese control but everyone knows well enough that the DBO is completely under Indian control. So their claim completely seems absurd . Following is the picture that proves the point :

3) A senior credible journalist claims that around 60-70 kms of area of the Mt. Kailash range which India lost during 1962 Sino-Indian war in now under Indian control which can be testified as Indian army made some readjustments on 29/30th of august in the southern bank of pangong Tso.

And if we talk about the northern bank then Finger 4 to Finger 8 are under chinese control as of now, but that is roughly 8kms .

  • We must know that Ideological warfare is one of the weapon that china uses during a war . We must not fall for these fake news and have faith in our armed forces in these tough times.
