The Israel Defense Force (IDF) attacked about 130 terrorist targets in the Gaza Strip. Actions were taken after more than 150 rockets were fired at Israeli cities by the terror groups.
Among the targets attacked: the home of a battalion commander in the Hamas terrorist organization and the organization’s military intelligence structure
An IDF spokesman said that during the night, the IDF attacked more than 130 terrorist targets and the intensification of terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip in several waves of attacks.
In the first and second wave of attacks, fighter jets, combat helicopters and IDF aircraft attacked Hamas terrorist sites.
In the third wave of attacks, targets of Hamas and the PIJ terrorist organization were attacked, including munitions manufacturing sites and military complexes of the Hamas and PIJ terrorist organizations, one of which houses the home of a Hamas terrorist battalion commander.
In addition, as part of the attacks on the last day, the IDF attacked the organization’s military intelligence structure and also thwarted about 15 operatives of the organization. In addition, IDF tanks and aircraft attacked other terrorist targets, including two offensive terrorist tunnels near the fence.

The IDF will increase its forces in the Southern Command, prepare for a variety of scenarios and will continue to act vigorously against Hamas and the other organizations.
