Israeli warplanes bombard Syria after ballistic missiles targets its nuclear facility

Israeli warplanes bombard weapon storage units and equipment belonging to the Iranian militias located inside the Ninth Division in northern Daraa, Syria. Israel Air Force jets bombed the site in a fraction of minutes after a missile was fired at Israeli nuclear facilities.

Iran’s IRGC Backed Syrian Hezbollah launched a ballistic missile (Probably Tashrin or Fateh-110) from North of Syria at Shimon Perez Nuclear site of Israel at Dimona. Israel Air Defense Command fired a MIM-104D via Patriot Air DefenceSystem (PAC-2/GEM+) at the missile. Israeli airforce has scrambled dozens of fighter jets.

It seems that there is also an Israeli fighter jets bombardment in the Dameer area in the Damascus countryside. There are some reports that a surface-to-air missile was fired at one of the warplanes. Which missed the target (IAF jets). The plane continued its way towards Jordan and from there the West Bank. So this is very clear that the Israeli Jets met with well-prepared counterattacks when he entered Syrian airspace.

Reports of explosions were heard near Jerusalem, Beersheeba, Dimona and multiple other locations amid rocket sirens in Israel. (As per early reports suggests) Security sources say Israeli jets have been “scrambled.” Some local sources claim a rocket or missile may have been intercepted near Dimona, Israel.

Others say residences near the area shook during the explosion. Security sources in Israel seem unanimous that no rockets crossed from Gaza, so all eyes on the Syria border.

Claims of a Patriot interception would suggest a larger-than-normal projectile, so suspicion may fall onto Iran. Dimona is home to Israel’s nuclear facility.

New details suggest there could be Syrian jets scrambled to stop the Israeli jets.
