While the China Communist Regime threatening to use the military to reunify island nation Taiwan. Aggressive and repeated air space violations continues.
According to the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Chinese PLA Navy Air Corps KQ-200 / Y-8Q (Y-9) intruded into its airspace.
KQ-200/Y8Q(Y-9) is an anti-submarine patrol aircraft scanning for underwater threats. It is believed that Chinese ASW flew within the air defence identification zone in southwestern Taiwan.
As for as my understanding Taiwan’s Armed Forces units responded quickly and chased away the intruder (PLA).
Taiwanese Ministry has tweeted about this incident.
It said “One PLA Y-8 ASW aircraft entered #Taiwan’s southwest ADIZ in the afternoon of Oct. 21, the flight path as illustrated. #ROCAF deployed patrolling aircraft and air defense missile systems to monitor the activity. No matter what happened, we will Keep #protectourcountry firmly. “

Resolve to defend themselves is very clear. China is engaged in conflict with all its neighbours for territorial ambition. The greedy nation claims the entire South China Sea which has created a very tense situation in the region.
