Sagarika Ghose says Rahul Gandhi is unfit to lead Congress

Netizens in Indian social Media washed their own eyes a couple of times while reading some tweets by a leftwing journalist. Sagarika Ghose is a well known Gandhi Family propagandist, leftwing thinker and writers, supports ridiculous policies of the Congress party which has failed India for decades and a well known Hindu, BJP, RSS, Narendra Modi critic.

Usually, Sagarika Ghose gets into trouble for either speaking against the idea of India, the Interest of India or for bashing Prime Minister Narendra Modi government for no valid reason. But yesterday she was caught in a tiff war of words not with the right-wing or patriotic Hindus but with her own kind.

It all started when this leftwing journalist slammed the opposition leader Rahul Gandhi and called him unfit for leading this country forward. Atleast that’s what we can understand from the tweets she has tweeted. Her comments were regarding a recent interview by the Congress Party leader Rahul Gandhi with Prof Ashutosh Varshney. As usual, the Congress party leader Rahul Gandhi left the listeners clueless with analogies known only to him or other special people like him on this earth or a different one. It is complicated. Out of nowhere Rahul Gandhi started talking about ‘Shoonya’ (Zero). Like exposing what Congress could bring to the table if elected. Many did not understand what he was trying to say. Including the interviewer. I will leave the link below.

Gandhi Family supporter Sagarika Ghose had enough of Rahul Gandhi’s lies and degradation of Congress party she loved it seems. She went on to tweet “The sheer ridiculousness of Mr Rahul Gandhi emptily lecturing Dr Leela Gandhi, brilliant English prof at Brown University, who is herself Mahatma’s self-effacing great-granddaughter, who never talks about it. Wish Indian netas would get real.”

All of a sudden, both left and right-leaning media and Twitter users took note of it and brought popcorn as they know show has just started. And Sagarika’s tweet must have shocked Rahul Gandhi himself. ‘You too Brutus’ moment for Rahul Gandhi.

Professor Varshney replied to Sagarika Ghose out of compulsion. He replied, “I thought your point was that he lectured Leela Gandhi “emptily” on shoonyata.  Your point was not about the political relevance of the concept. The latter is an analytically separable discussion.” This was just the beginning of what could turn out to be direct verbal abuse between Rahul Gandhi close circle and Sagarika Ghose.

Responding to Asutosh Varshney, Ghose replied “An undoubtedly important concept. Let’s wait for the election results of this round of assembly polls for an even deeper study of the @INCIndia’s understanding of “shoonyata.”

This did not go well with the Congress Party workers or the Royal Gandhi Family who always want to capture India and rule it like a monarchy. To rescue from this social media mess, that too on the crown prince Rahul Gandhi is not acceptable. Gandhi Family’s loyal wingman Saket Gokhale who calls himself an activist, and an anti-fascist in his Twitter bio, began his verbal spat with the female journalist and a mother Sagarika Ghose.

He said, “We knew what “shoonyata” is long ago when you wished people for Muharram. Or when you didn’t get that job at Republic TV.

To be partisan is one thing. To be shameless & petty after being politely called out by Prof Varshney on that is quite something else.”

For which Sagarika replied “What a foul-mouthed lying troll you are. And all this while I thought you were a brave young soldier of truth. What proof do you have of my said “ job” beyond the WhatsApp slander by a lawless TV anchor? Prove it.”

Congress Party loyal wingman did not stop there. He tweeted yet another response towards the female journalist Sagarika. Because how can someone who always supported the Royal Gandhi Family and Congress can go against them. Activist and close friend of Rahul Gandhi replied “Thanks but I call out bullshit when I see it.

People like you are responsible for fascism purely for your agendas.

Your attack today on RG & then your pettiness even after being corrected by Prof Varshney is what a foul-mouthed troll does.

Quit the faux liberal act. Pls.” It is by now quite clear, a female journalist has been targeted just because she started to think about Rahul Gandhi’s inability to run a political party like Congress. Congress Party has seen a downturn since 2014. Election after election the poll shows people don’t trust the Royal Gandhi Family anymore due to allegation of corruptions.

Former Gandhi Family loyalist Sagarika in response said “I thought @RahulGandhi’s answers were vacuous and in my analysis @INCIndia will come a cropper in these elections. I also believe Congress is the biggest enabler of fascism because it’s present leadership is not giving voters a choice. That’s my view. You’re just a petty liar”

Verbal spat and abuse did not stop here. Saket Gokhale continued “You’re welcome to your analysis.

However, what you tweeted was anything but that. It was a pure vile senseless attack

India’s voters deserve honesty from the media. What you offer them for your agendas is what you should introspect about.

Rather be called a liar than a sellout.”

And Sagarika replied “It’s “senseless attack” to say @INCIndia will lose & contemplate “shoonyata”? No. It’s the truth. @RahulGandhi is a nice person who should run a think tank/ NGO debating ideas. He can’t be a politician and he can’t lead India’s main opposition. Sad you turned out to be a scumbag”

Verbal abuse between two Congress Party loyalists has been trending and shared wildly popular on the indian social media sphere. Many in the Congress party has the same point of view as Sagarika Ghose on Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi’s credibility is at stake.
