Troops from both countries namely India and China are deadlocked in a series of stand-offs at the borders. The issue began when China unilaterally decided to change the status quo of the disputed borders with India.

Intrusion by China took place at the multiple sectors of LAC (Line of Actual Control).

But it was swiftly responded by the Indian Side with mirror deployment. Mi9rror deployment means, maintaining the force strength as the same as enemy’.

The Escalations and Deployments at LAC:

Things escalated when China backed off from its words of disengagement at Galwan Valley’s Patrolling Point 14. As People’s Liberation Army Soldiers re-erected few tents inside Indian territory. The tents which were removed earlier after military-level talks. Which led to a massive scuffle between both troops. In which 20 Indian Soldiers were martyred along with 45 Chinese PLA Soldiers killed.

Chinese Communist Regime has become hostile to all its neighbors lately. Especially during COVID 19 Pandemic which has become a major concern for all the countries.

Mean While the Indian Government has given free hand to its armed forces to take any actions required to deal with China. Full-spectrum troops deployments are taking place from both the Indian and Chinese sides.

Moreover, The Indian Air force has moved its front-line fighter jets to the forward locations and continues to undertake combat air patrol at LAC. Along with helicopter and transport aircraft units towards China.

Indian Navy’s entry into the Northern Sectors:

Earlier Indian Navy pitched in to aid the troops to build up at the Line of Actual Control (LAC). India’s CDS (Chief of Defence Staff) General Bipin Rawat charted a plan to deploy the Indian Navy’s aircraft to the Northern Sectors in time of the emergency situation. In line with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to enhance the synergy between the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air force.

The Indian Navy operates about 40 Mikoyan MiG 29K fighter jets at the INS Hansa Naval Base in Goa and from the deck of India’s only aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya. MIG 29K was procured a decade ago from the Russian with tailor-made tweaks as per the Indian specifications.
