In recent events, Turkey & Pakistan extended their support to Azerbaijan, a predominantly Muslim country against Armenia. Both these countries are currently dreaming of an Islamic Caliphate. Can the world afford a blood bath today?
Pakistan is the World’s terror capital which produces highest number of Terrorists. We can find a Pakistani in almost every terror attack across the world. Now it found a new love in the form of Erdogan. Turkey although was a Secular country has been taken over by an Autocratic ruler and is moving towards Islamization. Be it the conversion of Hagias Sofia into a mosque or the shady relationship of Erdogan’s sons with terrorists of Islamic State (ISIS).
Azerbaijan’s attack on Armenia maybe due to their dispute over land but Turkey & Pakistan seem to view this through an Islamic lens. With Turkey drawing its terrorists from Syrian, Iraq borders and sending them to support Azerbaijan. Pakistan sending its Army troops, is a big threat to Armenia as well as the Global Community & Peace.
With Pakistan’s current economic situation, it will wag its tail to whoever dole outs a treats. In this case, the bigger threat is exchange of Nuclear arsenal with rouge nations & terrorist organizations. With FATF’s sword hanging on its neck, Pakistan is already under dire need of Money. The UNSC should take over Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal if in case Pakistan is blacklisted.
Turkey has been inviting trouble from all its neighbor’s just like China but will end up getting isolated just like Pakistan & China. The Islamic Caliphate dream has caused more destruction than any nation can afford. Turkey needs to understand this. By Radicalizing its youth , both Turkey & Pakistan have already sealed their fate for a foreseeable future with shame & bigotry.
Both the Nations need to introspect what they want to give their next generation & to the global community. Is it “Development, Peace & Love” or “War, Terrorism & Destruction” ?
